As a contract manufacturer, we produce parts based on print or customer specifications. Our focus has been heavily concentrated on mid to high volume production with orders consisting of 50,000 to 5,000,000+ parts. Our production operation is well suited for small plants to industrial corporations.

Precision Screw Machine Services:

Khalsa Metal Products production is utilized with the Davenport Multi-Spindle Screw Machine. This machine is specifically designed for mid to high volume production and can hold tight tolerances close to + .0005. Listed below are the capabilities we offer:

Inventory Services:

Different industries requires different inventory management systems, and with this in mind we cater specifically to customer needs.  Currently we offer Just-In-Time manufacturing services with weekly or monthly releases. We produce parts based on customers purchase orders and production lead times.

PPAP/Sampling Services:

As a standard in the automotive industry, we offer PPAP sampling services designed for initial submission and review. The samples provided to our customers accurately depict how parts will be once in production. Depending on the design of the component PPAP samples generally take between 3 to 4 weeks, lead times include setup and tooling time.
